Une fois de plus, il s’agit d’un voyage musical inattendu. La face A vous propose Madame, bijou franco-érotique 80’s signé Éric Vincent suivi d’un edit sensuel et tropical du morceau Amazoniaque d’Yves Simon revu et corrigé par Le duo La Décadanse. La face B dévoile un track dont on ne connaît que le titre, The Mongol Raid, ovni dancefloor à 100 bpm édité par Ygalove & Barnes pour finir sur une bombe Afrobeat “Le Temps est Long” de Tchamy Patterson.

Pour l'edit de The Mongol Raid dont les auteurs sont inconnus, Ygal Ohayon aka Ygalove s'est associé avec le mystérieux producteur Barnes (de Barnes & Wobble). Après avoir flashé sur un obscur morceau de trance allemande des années 90 en white label, Ygal a décidé de passer le titre en 33-tours, et Barnes a fait usage de ses ciseaux magiques pour remonter et éditer l'ensemble. Résultat ? Une version ralentie de l'original, à la fois trance, industrielle & new beat, et agrémentée d'un synthétiseur orientalisant hypnotique comme il se doit.

The Mongol Raid is the result of Deviant Disco's new beat connoisseur Ygal Ohayon aka Ygalove teaming up with mysterious producer Barnes (from Barnes & Wobble). Ygal bumped into a trancy, unmarked german white label from the 90s ; he pulled the age-old 'oops — wrong speed' 33 RPM trick and waited for Barnes to come along with his magic scissors. With the cheeky addition of an oriental synth going properly bananas, their collaboration gave rise to this entirely rebuilt, borderline industrial tune. A wholesome slow trance monster !
